Plantar fasciitis is a pretty common foot problem often suffered by athletes where the thick ligament between the toes and the heel becomes damaged and inflammed. This can cause quite a bit of pain in the heel and take a long time to heal properly. The condition can also be caused by poor footwear and advancing years; probably more the culprits in my case!
A standard bit of stock photography advice is to shoot what you know, so not one to overlook a persistent opportunity I made some stock photos of my foot roller sessions, one of the things that slowly helped me kick my plantar fasciitis into touch!
I've recently started producing some stock video too, making it available to license at Pond5.
